Ko Samet has no bank, but plenty of atm's and the exchange rate at the hotel is low. The Immigration office is located in Rayong on the mainland. Hospitals missing, smaller clinic are available. Dentists missing. (See below) 

Transport Koh Samet have small tuk tuk (taxis) to get around with, you can rent a scooter or bicycle that works just fine, or walk when Island only 7 km (4.3 miles) long and 4km (2.5 miles)wide, roads are a bit bad. Read more about taxi in Thailand!
